Download VLC from the official website:

Open VLC media player.

Click the"Media"button in the top navigation bar to display the File menu.

Click on the “Open Network Stream” option.

Click the radio button next to the"HTTP/HTTPS/FTP/MMS"option, then type the m3u URL you received on your mailbox in the"URL"input box.

Click OK."The playlist will open in VLC and the channel list in the left panel.

Click on a channel in the left panel, then click the right-pointing arrow at the bottom of the viewing screen to play the channel.
